Whole Wheat Zucchini Herb Bread
This recipe came with my previous bread machine. It is very good. It says that the 1 lb. recipe, given below, is so light it will be the size of a 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
- 1/2 c warm water
- 2 t sugar
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 3/4 c shredded zucchini
- 3/4 c whole wheat flour
- 2 c white flour
- 1/2 t dried basil or rosemary
- 2 t sesame seeds
- 1 t salt
- 1-1/2 t dry yeast
Put it in your machine and press the button. Use the “Basic” setting, “light” if you have the option.
