Chili Mole, Brown Rice, Corn Sticks, and Swiss Chard

Coming down the home stretch of the leftovers and just-about-to-spoil veggie parade, dinner was leftover Chili Mole, brown rice, Corn Sticks, and Swiss chard sauteed in olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper.

Boy, that picture is terrible.  It looks fine in preview.

Dessert was the last of the Almond Biscotti.  They had gotten kind of hard, so I dunked them in my mint sun tea (just dried spearmint leaves steeped in water, with one packet of Stevia added).  The almond and the mint together were simply divine, and the biscotti softened perfectly.
