Yakisoba, Shoyu Tofu, and Broccoli

I liked the Yakisoba I had at the noodle place yesterday, so I made some Yakisoba today.  For greens in it I used the rest of the akasoi or whatever it was, similar to bok choy, instead of the napa cabbage called for.  With this I served Shoyu Tofu (Shoyu is a Japanese soy sauce), and microwaved broccoli.
