Posted by tinako on November 30, 2009

I made more Cinnamon Raisin Bread today, and also started some Alfalfa Sprouts.

I went post-trip shopping today.  I thought that just once I would tell you what I bought, with a fridge mostly empty of perishables.  I didn’t buy some vegetables that I plan to pick up at the farmer’s market tomorrow. * = organic

Hot Sauces, Mexican Rice & Beans, Salsa, Green Beans, Sauted Mushrooms & Peppers

Dinner tonight needed to come together very quickly.  We had burritos: Eden canned Mexican Rice & Beans and jarred salsa in soft tortillas.  I added to mine some quickly-sauted sliced mushrooms and frozen sliced banana peppers (salt & peppered) and Chipotle Tabasco.  We also had microwaved green beans.
