This will be my ongoing catch-all post for calcium and osteoporosis links, and is a follow-up to my China Study discussion.
- Here is a fact sheet from the very reputable Vegetarian Resource Group. It includes general information, links to studies, and a list of high-calcium plant foods.
- I’ve included a permanent link at the right to Wegman’s Vegetable Nutrition, which includes % Daily Value of calcium for two pages of vegetables.
