Saturday Night

Penne, Swiss Chard, Peas, Focaccia, Lasagna Rollups

We had our typical Saturday night dinner, whole wheat penne with a new batch of Marinara (finished off the last of my garden tomato marinara), steamed Rainbow Chard, microwaved frozen peas, Focaccia, and Lasagna Rollups.

Dessert was Dr. Oetker Organic Lava Cake made with 2 T ground flax seed and 6 T water instead of eggs.
