Leftover Night

Cleaning out my freezer, tonight I cooked up some Tofurkey Beer Brats and whole wheat buns that are at least 6 months old.  They were still good.  I cooked them in a frypan in a little bit of water – they were still frozen so I just slowly cooked them about half an hour, and dropped some frozen banana peppers in about 5 minutes from the end.

Also we had leftover Southwestern Black Beans, a can of Eden Spanish Rice and Beans, steamed collard greens, and salad with Maple Balsamic Dressing.
