I threw a lunchtime party for 10 people today.  I offered healthy options, as close to whole foods as possible, and complete nutrition, while still having it be fun party food.  There is life after crackers-and-cheese – I offered a variety of spreads in place, which also worked with the vegetables.

  • Cocoa Cake with Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

    A punchbowl of Sparkling Fruit Punch

  • Beer, wine, diet pop, coffee/tea
  • Veggie Tray (carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms)
  • Fruit Tray (grapes, kiwi, strawberries)
