Soup Night

Vegetable Soup, Tofu, Rolls, Salad

Tonight we had Vegetable Soup with the highly imaginative onions, garlic, carrots, celery, and potatoes, to which I added tiny alphabet pasta and Spike seasoning.  I’m getting sick of Spike, but it’s almost gone and my kids love it.  With no legumes in there, I served microwaved tofu, the grain was King Arthur’s Whole Wheat Rolls from the freezer, and we also had also salad with Green Goddess Dressing.
