Pasta Verdura, Rolls, Salad

Breakfast was grapefruit juice, seven (7) vitamin D pills, and leftover Pancakes with Strawberry-Rhubarb Syrup.

For lunch I had a Baked Tempeh sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and Barbeque Sauce.  Also an orange, vegetable juice, and a piece of leftover pie – thanks, Dad!

Dinner tonight was Pasta Verdura: whole wheat fettucine, garlic, broccoli, tomatoes, and leftover Black Beans.  We also had King Arthur Whole Wheat Rolls and salad with Spicy Peanut Dressing.  The dressing didn’t really go with the pasta, but it was good anyway.
