Amaretto Coconut Bundt Cake

I made a Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake for Saturday night, and replaced 2 T of the oil with Prune Puree.  I wondered if the cake would have a pruney taste, but I couldn’t tell the difference.  It was delicious!

I went to a friend’s house tonight and brought an Amaretto-Coconut Bundt Cake.  Yum!
