Pasta Verdura, Carrots, and Corn

My parents came for dinner and I made Pasta Verdura with whole wheat chioccole, garlic, zucchini, collard greens, fresh basil, tomatoes, red wine, and oregano.  I also added in some Faux Feta towards the end, trying to get rid of it, and that was a mistake I think – the vinegar sort of clashed with the rest.

We also had cooked carrots and corn on the cob, with watermelon and cool mint tea for dessert.
