Pasta Verdura

Zucchini and Pasta Verdura

Dinner was Pasta Verdura with whole wheat wagon wheels, collard greens, swiss chard, a little bok choy and arugula, roma tomatoes, portobello mushroom, navy beans, red wine, and fresh sage, basil, parsley, and thyme.  With this we had French Bread from my bread machine and steamed zucchini.
