Calzone Construction

With about a cup of frozen Cashew Ricotta leftover from Ravioli, I decided to make Calzones tonight.  This time I used my regular Pizza Dough and frozen spinach, but otherwise made the calzones the same.  That dough made three calzones (one serving each) and an 8 x 11 pizza for the picky.

Topped with Tomato Sauce.
