Focaccia, Ravioli and Linguine, Collard Greens, Peas, Tomato Sauce

I made a double recipe of Ravioli this afternoon, to freeze half.  The dough this time was Tomato Thyme.  With a scrap of leftover dough, instead of trying to make another 2-3 raviolis I just ran it through the linguine cutter and boiled it right in with the ravioli.  That worked fine.

We also had Focaccia with olive oil and Dipping Spices, Barbeque Sauce on microwaved collard greens from my garden, microwaved peas, and Tomato Sauce.

Dessert was Cinnamon Apple Pie.
