Coconut Amaretto Bundt Cake

We had Irish Raisin Bread for breakfast, with grapefruit juice, Tums, and vitamin D.  This is probably my kids’ favorite breakfast bread.

Lunch was leftover Pizza, fruit, and no-salt veggie juice.

Hummus and veggies (green beans and carrots) made an afternoon snack.

Dinner was whole wheat Lasagna Rollups, whole wheat bowties with Tomato Sauce and commercial vegan parmesan, Focaccia with olive oil and Dipping Spices, microwaved zucchini, peas, and Anthony Road Devonian Red.

Dessert was half a recipe of Coconut Amaretto Bundt Cake with black tea.
