Lo Mein and Miso Soup

Lo Mein

Dinner tonight was Lo Mein made with celery, Swiss chard, and bamboo shoots instead of the last three items in the recipe.

Mighty Miso Soup

With that we had Mighty Miso Soup.  I used a different kind of seaweed this time; the package was all in Chinese so I don’t know what it’s called, but it was more like thin stems than the thin leafy wakame I used before, and I liked it better.  Since this was a side dish I also left out the spinach.
