Plain Old Pasta Dinner, But So Good

Dinner was simple, whole wheat penne Marinara with Cashew Parmesan, Whole Wheat Rolls, Greek olives, and a salad with red leaf lettuce, Faux Feta, Glazed Almonds, sesame seeds, dried cranberries, shredded raw beets and carrots, cuke, and Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette.
