Salad, Grilled Zucchini, Tofu, and Mystery Leftover on Rice

For dinner I made Chili Cornmeal Crusted Tofu, a salad with Faux Feta, grilled zucchini with Sweet-Sour-Spicy Marinade, and a mysterious but delicious spiced lentil-and-greens leftover from the freezer, over brown rice.
