Baked Tofu

I don’t usually bake tofu because it seems like a tiny thing for which to run the oven for so long.  But I was going to bake my husband’s Gardein Tuscan Breast anyway, so I did it.  It was good!  I made Marinated Italian Tofu.  I liked it when I merged it in my salad, dressed with Spicy Mustard Dressing.  We also had whole wheat bowties with marinara.
