Spicy Mustard Dressing

This is adapted from Veganomicon by Moskowitz and Romero.  When I realized I had just enough mustard left, I made this dressing right in the mustard squeeze bottle to use every last bit.

  • 1/4 c prepared spicy mustard
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 2 T maple syrup
