I was skeptical, but this was very good.  I am not into raw tofu by any means, but I would enjoy this as is on a salad.  I put it on pizza.  From How it all Vegan by Barnard and Kramer.

  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T water
  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1-1/2 t dried basil
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 t oregano
  • 1/2 pkg firm or extra-firm tofu, crumbled

In a small bowl, mix up everything but the tofu.  Add the tofu and marinate at least an hour.
