Corn and Green Bean Salad

Corn Salad
This is adapted from The Accidental Vegan by Gartenstein. Serves 4.
Soak in boiling water 2 min, then mince:
- 8-10 dried tomatoes
Combine the dried tomatoes and all the rest:
- 1 c frozen or 1 can corn
- 2 c green beans, trimmed and halved or 1/2 can artichokes, quartered
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 T fresh basil, chopped
- 1 t dried marjoram
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 to 1 t salt
- pepper to taste
- other fresh herbs to taste, optional
